Ahhhhchoo! And with that, a snotty 3 year old takes her sleeve and wipes the snot from her nose. Yuck. That’s been the scene at our house for the last month. So when I discovered Sniffle Buddies, I was sold! These organic bamboo and cotton wristbands are a great way to keep your kids from soaking their shirts (and whatever else is closest) with snot.

The folks from Sniffle Buddies were kind enough to send us over a sample wristband. This cute little invention was thought up by two moms who needed something to keep their kid’s noses clean. What I was struck most by is that it’s eco-friendly – after use simply wash it and then use it again. A modern handkerchief if you will, with velcro. Now came the test, will my toddler use it?

The simple answer is no. She wouldn’t wear it even though we explained it to her, selling it as a “bracelet” for her wrist. For the short time she wore it however, (about 5 minutes) she did wipe her nose with it. Maybe it’s just our daughter, I’m sure other parents may have luck in getting their little ones to keep it on.

I would certainly recommend this product to other moms – and even those who work out and want an antibacterial wristband for sweat.

Cost: $9.99

Antibacterial, eco-friendly, dye free, washable.
