		<description>@Naomi - I thought about you in class the other day - I&#039;m glad I&#039;m not the only one who&#039;s had a difficult time with downward dog in the beginning. :)

@Jessica, you are so right, every little bit helps. A few years ago I met a 90 year old woman who still walked 3 miles a day and she said the same thing. When she couldn&#039;t go for a walk, she made sure to stretch, do a few sit ups and toe touches. Thanks for the encouragement!

@Annie, I&#039;m so proud of you! Thank you for the encouragement, lately my hectic life has gotten in the way but there&#039;s no excuse. The weather has been mild the last few days, which reminds me of how much I love to run...so you know what I&#039;ll be doing tomorrow morning!</description>

		<description>I have been doing bootcamp since November of &#039;09 and the first month was the hardest.  I&#039;m not a pro at it but I really enjoy going.  I started going 3 days a week now I&#039;m up to five.  When I don&#039;t go I do miss it, very surprising.  It has become a priority in my life.  I&#039;m trying to think of it as a lifestyle not just a lose wieght style. :) So far I have lost about 10 lbs and at the beginning of this month I had lost 3 inches in my waist.  I have to say Good Job with the yoga.  When you fall off you can always get back on, that is the key.  Like my bootcamp instructor says &quot;Keep at it, It&#039;s good for you&quot; :)</description>

		<description>Please keep us updated with your progress.  I have a hard time committing to an exercise routine too.  When I&#039;m falling off the wagon, I start my day with a mini-workout - just a light stretch, touching my toes 10 times, and doing a few squats.  It reminds me of how much my body likes to move and I&#039;m that much more likely to workout later that day.</description>
