SARTORIAL SCIENCE: NUDE HUES
Bright, in your face colors have given way to pastels and nude hues this spring! Flesh tones, pale tans, unassuming roses and baby pinks have taken the place of the bright neon shades and flashy eighties inspired colors of previous seasons. Designers have taken this demure family of colors to new heights! Usually relegated to play the background, these spartan hues are on trend for spring.
Designers embraced the clean canvas that the pastels and nudes offer. Interpreting their designs in these shades allow for a greater focus on the design itself. The look is fresh, new and inspiring! Without a doubt, the pastel trend is one of the top trends to incorporate in your wardrobe this season. Lacking the starkness of whites, the pales are perfect for any occasion and can be easily worn due to the plethora of designers offering their own interpretation!

I would like to see how nude looks on different skin tones, if you can find pictures. I have a darker skin tone (caramel) and my mom is a few shades darker. I’d like to be able to see how this hue works with out skin. Thank you!
