You know that feeling.  You need something sweet, rich and ice cold.  Here’s an easy recipe from Coco‘s Plate that will keep you from making that late night run to 7/11.

Orange cream smoothie

  • 3 large oranges
  • 1tsp. vanilla
  • 2 cups milk
  • 1/2 cup vanilla yogurt (optional)
  • 1/3 cup sugar or honey to taste
  • 1 cup of ice
  • Place all ingredients in blender and pulse until smooth and thick.
